How can I get a full prepaid account history?
Dear AT&T support!
I am on a business trip and I need to get a proof that I have been paying for my phone for the last 4 months to get the refund from my employer.
I refill my prepaid phone account at att.com/mygophone.
When I open the page https://www.paygonline.com/websc/history.html (Account history) I am able to get the payment info only for the last 30 days.
Here's the error message that I get when I try to get the payment history for the last few months:
"Please enter a date range between 0-30 days".
I would very much appreciate if you let me know how I can get the full payment history for my prepaid phone account.

I’m glad to hear you’re finding our GoPhone service useful! Sorry that you’re having trouble getting those records!
Sounds like you’re in the right spot, however, the info will only display in a maximum range of 30 days. This doesn’t mean you can’t go back further than 30 days, but you can only view any given 30 days at a time!
