Hotspot paid but not working
I paid my mobile hotspot online but did it without signing in first. The money came out of my bank account but the new data was never applied to my hotspot and it still does not work. How can I fix this??

I have the same issues over the past two days. I have purchased a $40 refill card and off my credit card I Purchased $50 and it’s still not plugged to my hotspot box. It says I’m connected but it redirect me to a site that says looks like your data, you need to purchase more data help please about to lose my mind.
