HI @Owais, we'll be happy to help your device unlock.


If you've submitted your device unlock request, and your device doesn't meet the requirements or the verification email expired, then your unlock will automatically be denied.


It can take up to 48 hours for your request to be processed, we recommend you keep checking your unlock status to know when you'll be able to submit a new unlock request. Please be aware if you try to submit a request too many times, then you won't be able to submit another request for 30 days.
