Gophone updated new plans for smartphone, tethering
As stated below,

new 45 USD GOphone plans and 60 USD GOphone plans for smartphones have Wi-Fi hotspot capability.
But does new $55 Monthly US., Mexico & Canada have Wi-Fi hotspot capability?

If your phone is hot spot capable, you have the use of hot spot on any plan. Usage counts against your data plan.
