Creating/logging into prepaid Data Only Account
I have been trying to log into, or create an account for my iPads prepaid data only account. I’ve spoken twice too a representative on the phone. They couldn’t figure it out. I have been into a store. They didn’t care, or try, or offer any help other than telling me to call. The only way apparently to get a password is through text, or email. The data only plan on an iPad doesn’t have text. Without an account they don’t have my email. It took me several days to get someone to figure out how to start the plan in the first place.
I have a business account with ATT, if they cant figure it out soon then I will cancel all of it. I’ve spent more time messing with them than it’s worth. Too many other companies willing to take my money to be messing around like this.
