Cancel my plan
Hi, I am from Brazil but use to be a student in Charlotte. I have a prepaid account. I had to get back to my country because of the virus, and now I can not cancel my plan. Please help me out because I alreday paid 1 month without using my phone, just I am in autopay so I can not cancel it. I try to call for this number +1.408.962.1025 but I wait and wait and nobody help me.

This forum is not customer support. No one here has access to your account. To stop autopay, your only options are to continue calling that number or cancel the card used for autopay.

Accounts are blocked from access outside of the US and don't roam out of the US except for a couple countries, if on auto pay your only option is to call the international support number or cancel your credit or debit card that is used to pay your phone. If not on auto pay just stop paying and it will cancel

You can manage Prepaid Autopay Online.
To cancel AutoPay for your AT&T PREPAID account
You need to be logged in to complete these steps. Your initial password is the last four digits of your wireless number.
At the top of the page, select Home.
Select Manage AutoPay.
Select End AutoPay.
Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation of your AutoPay.
