I am trying to access the online access to our account.  They keep sending temporary  digit pin codes to the account.  I would like to get away from temporary to permanent pin codes.  How can we make a permanent change?  They are sending emails with no relevant information in them such as actual passwords or pass pin code.  I understand the new security measures being necessary.  I am just looking for common sense answer to my request.  Thanks.

You are supposed to set an alphanumeric password. Once you set a password, you use that, not the pin.

It’s what they require. They won’t change the process because you don’t like it.

That was not the issue.  I understand security, my issue is the only way these pin codes are sent is to my spouses cell.  Often times she is not home and I am paying home phone bills and I have to call her at work to get pin code.  I am wanting to change this number to either another cell number which is mine or sent via email.
