4G and wifi calling not working

I have a Moto G30 XT2129-2 from India. I took a new AT&T sim in Vestal and only got a 3G (H) network everywhere. My phone is a 4G and wifi call enabled device, but even with this I'm unable to use these features with AT&T. Kindly support

Your phone is not eligible to be activated on AT&T at all.

If you use it, your service may be suspended until you replace it.

It's missing primary LTE bands.  And it's imei probably identify as a 3g device.

If it hasn't happened already, you will be notified that that phone needs to be replaced and removed from the network because it is not going to work when 3-g shuts down.

Your phone is not supported as an VoLTE phone.   The model G30 (XT2129-1) is a supported phone, unfortunately, you've got an XT2129-2.

See https://www.att.com/idpassets/images/support/wireless/Service-Capabilities-Unlocked-Devices-ATT-Network.pdf for a list of unlocked phones that AT&T allows on their network.
