Unable to sign into HBO Max through ATT Wireless (Unlimited Elite)
Sometime early December I lost access to HBO Max, specifically "my subscription expired". My wireless plan comes with free HBO Max and therefore should not expire. Since then, I've spoken to about 7 ATT representatives to try to get my subscription back. I've tried almost every solution suggested on the internet: sign in/out of HBO Max on the app and web browser, delete app, clear cache & cookies etc... There is one suggestion that I have not tried: reactivate your HBO Max by clicking on the HBO Max tile on in myATT overview. I'm not able to do this because the tile is no longer there for me. I called ATT one final time and was transferred over to an HBO Max specialist (at HBO Max). They did something on their back end that reset my email link with ATT. Now, a different issue arises and I can't even log into HBO Max at all. The error says "Make sure you’re using the ID and password for the AT&T service associated with HBO Max™ Confirm that you activated your HBO Max account with AT&T at https://www.att.com/myatt".
I'm 3 case IDs deep after speaking with about 7 ATT representatives and 2 HBO Max representatives and this issue has yet to be resolved. Does anyone have a solution to this?

No but I am having similar issues. No HBO on US tile … no help through customer service.

Same problem. HBO (via ATT Unlimited Elite wireless plan) just stopped working 37 days ago. Nothing has fixed it ... all the hoops customer service gives you over the phone or here in the forums is just busy work ... eventually they will give you a service ticket number (ha!) and say its being "escalated" (haha!). They know there is a problem and they have to fix it on their back end somehow and evidently it does eventually get fixed (based on other posters in the forum) without any word. Just keep trying every few days like I am. In the meantime call ATT and request a $15 credit. I did and opened an acct directly thru HBO. That month has about a week to run and I expect I will need to request a second $15 credit ... and will keep this up until this resolves. Good luck.

Same here. My HBO max worked for 1 week and now I have the same problem. The HBO is one of the reasons that swayed me to change to the new plan. So im not a happy camper

After 3+ months and countless attempts to correct -- with more and more difficulty getting AT&T to refund my monthly $15 outlay (but with persistence they did do that I give them credit) -- last month I downgraded my wireless plan and will continue with my direct HBO subscription. Ridiculous.
