Trying to sing into a tc network

1. Go to reset your password.
2. Enter your user ID and the last name associated with your ID.
3. Choose your verification method and follow the prompts.
4. Enter and confirm your new password.

After you've reset your password, you'll need to sign in with a TV provider by doing the following steps:

1. Open HBO Max and then tap the Profile Icon 
   If you're already signed in, tap your profile, the Settings Icon, and then scroll down and choose Sign Out.
2. Tap Sign in to your account.
3. Tap Sign in with a Provider. 
4. Choose AT&T, you may need to scroll down and choose View All Providers.
5. Enter the username and password for your provider account. 
6. Choose who's watching and you're ready to stream.

If you're signing in directly into HBO MAX and need to reset your HBO MAX password, you'll need to do the following:

1. Open HBO Max and then tap the Profile Icon.
2. Tap Sign in to your account.
3. Tap Forgot password?
4. Enter your account email and then choose Submit.
5. Check your inbox for a 'Reset Your HBO Max Password' email sent by HBO Max. This email should arrive within a few minutes.
