Same Issue Different Response

I was just told that ATT no longer owns HBO Max so we’re no longer getting it free via our ATT Fiber I-Net. Seems like everyone is getting different responses from ATT. What’s the truth, ATT????

Yes, saw that but it’s a tad confusing isn’t it?  What does the chart and the paragraph just below it mean? Too bad that we promised you HBO max when you signed up, now we’re taking it away? If so why aren’t they telling people that it isn’t just a system glitch?

We're here to answer any questions about HBO Max you may have, @LLV!

We understand how confusing this all may seem, allow us to clear some things up. The chart you are referring to is informing everyone that you had to of purchased  the 1000, 2000, or 5000 internet plans between the dates listed to qualify for HBO Max. The dates are different for each internet plan. As long as it was purchased between those dates and used the service by 6/5/2022, you are good. We do apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
