Login with ATT for HBO issue
Hello there, I'm an ATT customer. I've recieved texts and emails informing me my ATT wireless account has HBO max included with it. When I follow the instructions, HBO Max asks me to sign in with Direct TV and not my wireless ATT account login information. My Direct TV account does not have HBO, my wireless account does. Anybody know how to fix that issue?

We can help you with your HBO Log-In concern, @Crispz.
This issue is usually caused when a customer has multiple products with AT&T that were getting HBO included. As of December 2022 that bonus for your wireless plan or promotion has expired.
We recommend reaching out to HBO Max in order to sign up separately. This way you are able to create an account that is not associated with AT&T Wireless.
