I have made several attempts to log into the MAX app with my att account info and each time I get the “cannot verify subscription” message. I was told that I have an older account but I have the unlimited plus…

Thank you for letting us know you have the Unlimited Plan which does include the MAX subscription. The "Cannot Verify Subscription" error can be caused by a few factors, so we'd like you try a few troubleshooting steps:

  • Use another device to check your internet connection
  • Turn your device off and back on
  • Make sure you’re using the latest version of the Max app
  • Delete the Max app from your device and reinstall it.

Thanks for the quick response. I am attempting to sign up using my iPad that has a service plan. The Max app is up to date as well. I was told by an AT&T rep that I need to select Max on my profile but I have searched all over my account and cannot find it. I do have an older plan but it is still the unlimited plus. I reached out to Max customer service and they redirected me back to AT&T.

One step that can help is to sign out of Max on all devices that are currently signed in then attempt to log back in. Let us know how it goes.
