HBO Max
In my notifications today, February 2, 2023, on AT&T website under My AT&T while paying my internet bill is says "You already have HBO Max" It's part of your current wireless plan, no strings attached! Then has a prompt to Start Streaming but when I follow the link it has an option to log-in using a third party supplier which I picked AT&T and it says it can't confirm information. Am I doing something wrong? I do have cell service through AT&T as well but this notification shows up on my home internet bill.

Hey @LancePalmer, we're here to make sure you're not confused about your HBO Max with your AT&T account.
When you sign in to your HBO Max account, try using your AT&T wireless info when you see that prompt to log-in using a third party supplier.
Please let us know how this goes, so we can make sure you're streaming and enjoying your shows.

Thanks for the suggestion Tony, forgot to mention that in my original post, I tried both log-in accounts, Internet and Wireless account, both say "Can't verify Your Subscription" and goes on to say"It looks like your account doesn't have access to HBO Max. If you think this is a mistake, please check with your provider"

Please let us know what your current wireless plan is, along with your home internet plan. This will allow us to check which service is eligible, and confirm what account this notification was for.

Here's my account info:
My Internet is - AT&T Fiber Internet 500 with a AT&T VOIP Phone Unlimited North America
My Cell or wireless service is - Mobile Share Value 9GB with Rollover Data - with 2 phones

Unfortunately, at this time, you're ineligible to receive HBO Max with either your Internet or wireless service. The only eligible plans that include HBO Max are the following:
