HBO max signing error

Help...I am trying to get into HBO max but I'm have a login issue. I previously had a prepaid account to the postpaid account, I also still use both. Now when I go and try to sign in through my provider I am coming up with an error. 

--Hmm… that isn’t the ID you use for this service. Try signing in with another ID.
CARE CODE: 205.4--
Now the ID that it is wanting is my prepaid account, not my postpaid login and ideas on how I can get this to stop butting up.

Hello Arosario17, we're here to help you get logged into HBO Max.

 

If you haven't done so already, please follow these steps.

  1. Go to your myAT&T account overview from a web browser.
  2. Select one of the following:
    • Go to my account
    • Get started with the HBO Max logo and then follow the prompts
    • Start watching HBO Max under See what’s on TV.
  3. Additional troubleshooting can be found on our HBO Max login support page.

You'll need to sign in with the wireless ID associated with HBO Max. (ID USED TO CREATE).

No this didn't help unfortunately. I've gone through the troubleshooting and I know which ID it needs to login but its grabbing my prepaid login account instead. Im looking on how to fix it so it doesn't grab my prepaid account

What type of device are you using to stream HBO Max? We recommend removing/uninstalling the app from your device then reinstall it to refresh your sign in options. 

 

The article that Jeff mentioned above, includes step-by-step instructions specific to the device you're using to stream.
