HBO Max not working with ATT Fiber 1000 internet account
Is it possible for ATT to look into my account? I am able to see the WATCH HBO button but it all it does is redirect me to the hbo max website and when I try to login via ATT, it says cannot verify your subscription.

I am having the exact same problem. I have called customer service and they do confirm I should have access but haven't been able to help me at all.

Having the same problem. Chat support agents are telling me, "do not worry, upon checking I can see that your HBO max subscription is still active," and "it is included with Internet 1000 plan you are having." However, I am unable to log in, or get ANY assistance (HBO Max error message states that I must contact AT&T). They than stated that I needed to have placed my order by June 8th (or June 6th - can't even get their dates right). Order was place June 4th, but AT&T didn't install or activate until the 8th, and so the offer was not valid. Seems incredibly deceptive...
Online chat is a joke, ask for help or a better contact and they just leave the chat. Some of the worst customer support I've encountered.

As of June 6th 2022, HBO Max is no longer included with the AT&T Fiber 1000 plan. The third question on this HBO Max FAQs page states the cut-off dates for HBO Max to be included. We apologize for any misinformation that was provided to you.
