HBO Max Login not working
I've tried on several different devices (Pixel 6 phone, Amazon FireTV, Amazon Firestick, desktop computer) and I have been unsuccessful. I get HBOMax through my wireless plan (AT&T) and I have several devices that I am logged in to. However, any new logins I am attempting are resulting in the following error:
Hmm… that isn’t the ID you use for this service. Try signing in with another ID.
CARE CODE: 205.4
The ID I use for the service is my email address and I have no problem signing in with that email address and password. When I go to the account settings on one of the devices that is successfully logged in, that is the email on there.
I've uninstalled/reinstalled apps (when applicable), cleared cache, deleted cookies, turned off/turned on machines, all to no avail. What else can I do?
