HBO Max Expired

I noticed in december that my hbo max through ATT was expired. I have since upgraded to the elite plan but this did not restore access to HBO Max and am getting this message in the HBO Max app "Your subscription through ATT has expired". I have tried resetting passwords, linking accounts, logging in with ATT multiple times etc and nothing works. I have looked at other threads in the community forums and have tried all of the "troubleshooting" and nothing works.

I chatted with customer service from ATT and HBO and no one has been able to help get this resolved. Please help!
