hbo max- can't verify subscription
I have tried creating a support ticket with HBO max support and AT&T with no luck, figured I would try this forum to see if anyone can help me.
I currently have and have had for a few years AT&T unlimited Elite plan as well as enrolled as an AT&T signature program employee. I haven't been able to log into HBO Max for a few months due to every time I sign in it says can't verify subscription when it's supposed to be included in my plan and if not through my signature program. I have followed all the troubleshoot recommendations with no luck. The ticket I created said I should be able to log in that my account was fixed. When I have tried to activate again the HBO max feature on my account overview, the tile is missing on my overview page so I cannot re-activate my subscription.
