hbo max- can't verify subscription
I have tried creating a support ticket with HBO max support and AT&T with no luck, figured I would try this forum to see if anyone can help me.
I currently have and have had for a few years AT&T unlimited Elite plan as well as enrolled as an AT&T signature program employee. I haven't been able to log into HBO Max for a few months due to every time I sign in it says can't verify subscription when it's supposed to be included in my plan and if not through my signature program. I have followed all the troubleshoot recommendations with no luck. The ticket I created said I should be able to log in that my account was fixed. When I have tried to activate again the HBO max feature on my account overview, the tile is missing on my overview page so I cannot re-activate my subscription.

Please HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi jcamachojr89! We understand how important it is to enjoy the HBO Max feature that comes with the Unlimited Elite plan!
Please let us know what troubleshooting steps you have already attempted. We recommend signing out of your HBO Max and reinstalling the app to reset your HBO Max access.
Then, set up your HBO Max by navigating to your myAT&T account overview from a desktop browser (not the myAT&T app)>Activate HBO Max tile>Activate>Download & open HBO Max>Sign in>Sign in with a Provider>AT&T and enter your user ID and password to start streaming.
Also, ensure that you are using the correct AT&T User ID that is associated with your HBO Max subscription. We also recommend resetting your AT&T password as this is known to troubleshoot the HBO Max error message.
