When I then click on "OK, got it." it just goes back to login page where I already was.

I uninstall the app and reinstall the app. It still gives the same message. It works on one phone but not the other.

Obviously you didn't understand my problem. I never get to the login page to enter my username and password.
I clicked on "Sign in to your account". I clicked on "Sign in with a provider". I clicked on "AT&T". I get "We want to keep your info safe". I clicked on "Okay I got it." Nothing happens. I never get to a place to enter my username and password.
