Can't Verify Subscription

Another "Can't Verify Your Subscription thread.

I have Unlimited Elite Plan on 4 phones.  I received a text message from ATT today letting me know that my plan has HBO Max available and all I need to do was follow the signup option for HBOMax.  I logged in to the ATT site with my username and password and clicked on the HBOMax image / logo promotion.  I walked through the steps and completed the signup. 

Now when I try to login to HBOMax on the app (iPhone) or on the Website using those same ATT username and password after picking ATT as my provider I get the Can't verify the subscription error.

How do I resolve this?

Hello @toxoplasmo we'd be glad to assist you further with provisioning your HBO max subscription with your account.

 

Please confirm the following details with us:

  • Do you have any other AT&T services and/or logins that you use to access different accounts? We advise that you use the same login information for the qualifying account with HBO Max.
  • Have you previously had a HBO max subscription in the past with the same account information?

Then, we'll need you to login to your account through our website and confirm and complete your subscription with us. You'll also need to review and accept the terms and conditions for the subscription. 

 

If you're still unable to access HBO max, we advise that you reinstall and uninstall the app on the device you're using. Also, try making sure your device is updated to the latest software version, to improve performance. 

 

Also, feel free to review helpful tips and information on how to sign into the app after finalizing your subscription.
