Cannot setup HBO Max
I have tried everything possible to login to HBO Max, but it simply doesn't work; just like most of AT&T's sites and subsidiaries. I've made several calls to AT&T and HBO tech support and get no help. Eventually, they agree to send an email to help me out, but the email never shows up. This has happened twice - the first time about two weeks ago and still no email. Every time AT&T adds a service, they are not prepared to support it. The last time(with HBO Go), I didn't get any help until I filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office online. It still took about a month, but they actually TRIED to help me.
I think it's time to file another complaint with the AG.
One last thing, I have the Unlimited Elite package and it says that I have HBO Max, but I need to add it to my account. This is where the errors and missing pages come into play. Such a shoddy website and horrible support from an "industry-leading" company.
