traded in old phone and lost HBO Max access
I exchanged my old Samsung phone in and I lost access to HBO Max off my plan. I'm an employee and I have the Unlimited Plus plan (had for years) and should be receiving Max free. It doesn't even show the HBO Max "activate" tile on my account screen. Please help

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your HBO Max subscription 8675309_H.
Unfortunately AT&T is no longer offering HBO MAX for new plans. When you change your plan you will lose HBO Max and you will not be able to regain access to HBO Max.
