Can't Access HBO Max
In the last week, I can no longer access HBO Max. I should be getting this service as part of my wireless unlimited plan. When I went to the AT&T store, they said it appears I have access, and the rep said he also has this plan and can still access HBO Max, but he said he couldn't help. I haven't made any changes to my plan in recent memory. I've talked to six customer support reps (5 AT&T, 1 HBO Max), and no one has been able to resolve my issue. Please help.

Spoke with a specialist two days ago. He couldn't resolve, so he's opening a ticket to try to resolve.

Issue got escalated again. Supposed to hear back in five days. Frustrating. Have spoken with 10+ people.

Since you've already talked to six customer support reps and none of them were able to resolve the issue, I suggest trying a few more things before reaching out to them again.
First, try clearing the cache and cookies in your web browser, or try accessing HBO Max using a different browser or device. Sometimes, these issues can be caused by a problem with your browser or device settings.
If that doesn't work, you can try resetting your password for HBO Max. This might seem like an unlikely solution, but sometimes password issues can cause problems with accessing streaming services.
If you're still unable to access HBO Max, it might be worth checking your AT&T account to see if there have been any changes made to your plan or account. You can also try contacting AT&T customer support again and asking to speak with a supervisor or a higher-level support agent. They may have more experience with this issue and be able to provide a solution.
If all else fails, you can try reaching out to HBO Max customer support directly and explaining the issue. They may be able to provide some additional insight or assistance.
I hope this helps you resolve the issue and get back to enjoying HBO Max soon.

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having trouble accessing HBO Max, despite being on an unlimited plan with AT&T. It sounds frustrating to have spoken to multiple customer support representatives without a resolution.
One possible solution could be to try accessing HBO Max from a different device or internet connection to see if the issue is isolated to your current setup. You can also try logging out of your account on all devices and logging back in to see if that helps.
If those steps don't work, you may want to escalate the issue to a higher level of support, such as a supervisor or manager. Be sure to provide as much information as possible about your account and the steps you've already taken to troubleshoot the problem.
If the issue still can't be resolved, you could consider filing a complaint with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) or contacting the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to seek further assistance.
I hope you're able to get this issue resolved soon so you can start enjoying HBO Max again.

If you haven't made any changes to your plan recently, it's possible that there may be a technical issue preventing you from accessing the service. In situations like this, it may be helpful to troubleshoot the issue by trying some basic steps such as clearing your browser cache or using a different device to access the service.
If these steps do not work, I recommend reaching out to the customer support team again and explaining the steps you've taken to troubleshoot the issue. You may also want to ask if there are any known issues or outages in your area that could be causing the problem. Don't hesitate to ask for escalation to a higher level of support if you're not getting the answers you need.
I hope that you're able to get this issue resolved soon and can start enjoying HBO Max again.
