Need to Replace Battery

I have had my ATT Digital Life Security system for a few years and recently it started beeping with the display saying to replace the battery.  I presume my monthly subscription fee covers routine maintenance on the system?  How do I schedule an ATT service rep to come to my house to replace the battery?

@NPS  Hello. There are 2 ways that you can do this. You can log into the Digital Life app and order a replacement battery via Solution Center or you can contact us at 1-855-288-2727 option 4 and a specialist will order you one.  The battery for the main controller is covered by us and we will ship you a new one to swap out.

Hello ATTDigitalLifeCS- I tried calling the number but was told by ATT customer service that the batteries (CR123A3V Lithium x2) are not covered and that I would need to purchase them myself and figure out how to dismantle the main unit and install it, which I have no clue how to do.  The Solution Center was also not useful.  Very disappointed.

The cost of the main controller battery is covered by Digital Life. Which device needs the new battery? Your keypad will display the device after the low battery warning. Customer service will walk you through the battery replacement.

@ATTDigitalLifeCS- The keypad display states "Siren: Replace Battery".  So I presume this is the main controller and not one of the door/window sensors.  The ATT rep told me that it is up to me to buy and replace it.  When I asked if he could lead me thru it, he said there are some online videos showing that, but I have not found any and there are none on the Digital Life website as far as I can tell.  Very disappointed with level of support.

I first would like to thank you for your patience. The siren is actually plugged into one of your outlets in your home. It is a white rectangular device approximately 3"x5". You mentioned the correct battery in your original post. You will need two CR123A batteries for the siren.

Here is the link to siren battery replacement video. Siren Battery Replacement Video.

I hope this helps. :-)

Keypad showing main bath room tampered, opened and replace battery. I replaced the battery, opened and closed the door and the keypad is still showing all 3 messages.
