Alarm operation after Digital Life service ended by AT&T
We are aware that Digital Life service has been ended by AT&T and our system worked up to today but now both keypads display “software update in progress”. Does this mean that the system is now useless? We had our DLC replaced about two months ago as it was faulty and when the tech reinstalled the new one he reassured us that the alarm would continue working after service was discontinued, the change was that the app would not work, and there would be no monitoring, but we could manually arm/disarm the system via keypads. Is this not correct?
