Wifi gateway

I replaced the old one with a new one AT&t sent me. Everything is working except for the landline telephone and everything is hooked up properly

Yes many times. I get a solid green light on all 3. But the phone says no line. And when I turn the phone on it goes out. I have a cordless phone. When I hit talk the green light goes out

Well, assuming the phone worked on the old modem have you checked what was stated by @JefferMC. Have you tried a different phone?

Did you try JefferMC's suggestion to check the phone lines through your gateway or spoom2's suggestion to test the line with a different phone?
