I am closing on a parcel of land that had a ATT easement from 1900s (land easement says Souther Bell Telephone and Telegraph Company). The city is asking to but a 8ft sidewalk in the area and I need to get written permission (or denial) from ATT to proceed with the hotel project. This is the requirement and why we are reaching out to you regarding this land easement: "Provide written permission from Souther Bell to allow sidewalk on their easement." Please point me in the right direction to whom I need to speak and get this letter of permission or denial for the City of Stuart. The parcel is located in Stuart, FL.
