Tri-county Electric IS GOING TO REMOVE 3 POLES THAT CURRENTLY HAVE ATT CABLES ON THEM ATT NEEDS TO MOVE THEIR CABLES FROM THESE POLES
The construction of my house is on hold because of electric poles which need to be removed by Tri- county electric . They have removed their electric lines but it has abandoned AT&T cables on them which need to be removed before they can remove the poles. I have been trying for the last 4 weeks to get a hold of someone by calling the number given to me by AT&T ( 18009249420 ) but have not received any response. Tri-county will not contact ATT and wants the owner ( me ) to contact ATT to remove .

Who owns the poles themselves? You said "electric poles" and that they "need to be removed by Tri- county electric"? Assuming this is correct, then it is Tri-county electric's responsibility to notify anyone else connected to their poles that they are removing them. THEIR RESPONSIBILITY, not yours. Tell them that. Politely, but forcefully. Ask them who with Tri-county Electrict your lawyer should contact.

Tri County has notified AT&T and others who have lines up these poles , others contacted me and have since removed their lines with one scheduled for this week but no word from AT&T. How do I contact AT&T to get update from them ? I cant wait indefinitely .

You can try an FCC complaint. That might at least get you a local contact.
