technician appointment

no show for technician appointment. When inquired was told it would be the next day. Again no technician the next day. What should I do?

Call....

Not sure what market your in but in our market most requests for repairs are 3 to 4 days out.

The repairs I did this past Sunday (2/05) where from reported issues from Thrusday (2/02)... not same day or next day.

Time frames can vary by markets/garage in market.

I have had 2 technicians come out and still have problems... Now they are talking another 3 days for a third tech...
