Re-installing Home Landline
Elderly parents, trying to save money, disconnected their AT&T home landline and went with a CLEC provider. They cannot hear or talk on the VoIP line, which is AT&T's internet. Since the first of May, we have been trying to have the original landline/number re-installed.
We've been given work reference numbers 3 times only to find out each time there is NO record of the reference number given. We've been told 4-5 times we would receive a callback and it's not happened.
HELP! We need someone to help us follow completely through with this!! THANKS
