Poor service..no help

I had my church phone changed from a landline to a mobile line. The agent assigned my home land line to the mobile phone and 5 days later I cannot find anyone to correct the problem. Went to ATT store and the employee finally got the church land line assigned to the phone I think..tried to call number but phone will not ring. Tried to get my landline back as it was and no luck. Guy at store said I need technician to change port at my house but cannot find anyone at ATT ago even acknowledge we have a landline. Still shows up as mobile line in the system and they are lost. This is a pitiful way to do business. I pay 97 dollars for my landline a month and my only recourse is to cancel my account if they can find it.I have been calling for a week and on hold longer than you can imagine. Poor customer service if you can call it that even.
