no land line phone service for the past 2 days
I am sending this message for me blind 92 year old mother. We are trying to find out if her land line problem is wide spread or just to her neighborhood zip code 94110. I do not live with her and we need to have this issue resolved asap due to her health issues,

Hello, I have the same issue. My mother’s landline is down. The earliest you can get somebody there is in 3 days. How can I get this fixed quicker?
