MyATT account login broken. Can't log in on my desktop
Like several other folks, I have been unable to log onto my MyAtt account from my desktop. This is not the first time it has happened. The application immediately tells me I don't have a TV account (which I don't) and sends me to DirecTV. All I want to do is get to my ATT accounts to see my landline bill, my Wireless bill and my Uverse bill. I've talked to several people in the last few weeks and was promised this would be fixed. Not so much! Hours have been wasted with different Customer Support folks to no avail. Somebody did fix the problem several months ago, but it has recurred. I do have a DirecTV Streaming account, but that works fine.
I just want the login application fixed. I don't want to add, change or delete any account info I already have. Why is this not simple? The problem is in the logon application.
