Landline added to my fiber optic service - need help provisioning!

A couple of weeks ago I added landline home phone service to my fiber optic internet service. I was told that a service call had to be made to install new equipment. Service call time came and went. So I called to find out what was going on. I was told that there was no service call scheduled and no new AT&T equipment would be sent. I was also told that I needed an ATA to get my service going. Well I already had an ATA, what I did not have was the SIP server IP address. Does anyone know what the AT&T SIP server IP address is?

By landline you mean ATT PHONE which is the renamed Uverse VOIP from December 2016, the same time Uverse Internet was renamed ATT Internet AND Uverse GigaPower was renamed ATT Fiber.

The phone connection is from the back of your gateway (210, 320, 599 or 5268). You plug your stand alone phone or base station into the phone port of the gateway.

If desire to have the phone work at other existing jacks in the house then require a new $99 installation for adding the wiring from the gateway to your house wiring.
