How to talk or write to upper management
I was put through (Edited per community guidelines) in trying to work with several different ATT departments about a new service, the loss of my home phone service for nearly a month, the bundling (bungling) of new service, the several 50 mile trips to a service center, the lying by reps, the possible mental and physical health problems caused by loss of home phone service.

File an FCC or BBB complaint. That will result in someone from corporate contacting you.
