How do I removing a old telephone line off my house?
There is a telephone line attached to my house that hasn't been used in at least the last 20 years, it is making creaking noises when the wind blows and the neighbors tree branches pushes it around as well. How do I get the phoneline taken down?
How do I post when the words I enter into the topic area disappear when I Hit POST?

DMs have a short shelf life. If you did not respond in a timely fashion it probably expired.

I saw the message, that is why I sent my phone number and address in response, but crickets since. That is the reason for comment.
Still waiting for a resolution, and date of action on the question of "when will the outdated phone line be removed off from my home"?

Did you take the phone line down??? No you haven't. Until you take the phone line down, the answer will be the same. If you were to spend the time taking the phone line down and not spend your time asking redundant questions, you would know the answer. Stop asking if I still need help and remove it already!

Hey there! I was informed that there's a ticket open for your case. It shows as completed, but they may have to spend up to 2 more weeks working on it. If it's not resolved by then, please reach back out and let us know.
