Hot Springs AR 71901- looking for the replacement person for Derick Johnson for an overhead line removal

After almost a year of searching for the right ATT person through the phone trees, asking for help on this forum,  to help with an overhead ATT line removal, I got in touch with Derick Johnson who came out surveyed, said it was possible, and gave me his mobile #.  The project is moving slower than expected, so since I got in touch with Derick in Oct 2022, we are now ready for ATT to come remove the line.   Derick's number is now disconnected and I am left looking for a new local ATT contact to take care of this line removal. 

PLEASE HELP.
