Cell to landline works but landline to cell doesn’t work

@DaisyDuck did the DM from @ATTHelp resolve your issue? If so what was the issue?

My hubby can call his dads landline, but wen dad calls hubby’s cell it says it can’t connect or unavailable. Yet dad can call my cell and others n we can call him. No one is blocked, do not disturb, forwarded as far as we can see. It was working fine before a few days ago n now nothing. Is there a code my father in law can push before he dials my hubby in case he was accidentally blocked? 

So I assume you weren't able to get it resolved through the DM. Is your husbands and your area code and exchange the same? Do you both have  the same service? What service does your father-in-law use? Just because you can call one cell phone and not another doesn't mean much if the area code, exchange and provider aren't all the same. 

Ok. I finally got it resolved by my hubby calling att and they looked up the number in the system. Att had blocked it thinking it was spam! I don’t understand why because hubby calls that number(his dad) every 3 days or so for at least 2 years and vice versa. I couldn’t catch the DM person whenever I was on, they weren’t.
