Cannot combine Wireless & Landline accounts into one ID - automated call code is blank
I am trying to combine my old landline phone accounts into a single ID, but when it comes to verifying the phone number by the automated ATT phone call, the call comes in but it doesn't say a code or expiration time. I'm not sure what do do if I the automated call doesn't generate a code.

Hey there @jareddudley. Thanks for reaching out about wanting to combine your User ID for your wireless service and landline service. We'll be happy to answer your question.
Unfortunately, we're unable to combine a user ID for a wireless account and a traditional landline service. In order to combine wireless phone service with a home phone service, it would need to be our VoIP landline service. This is the reason why you weren't receiving a code to combine the account.
