Call forwarding issue
This issue just started yesterday. I have never had a problem all these years but all of a sudden. I can only transfer the calls with the access number through the phone number that I want to transfer. When I dial the access number through another landline or cell phone it doesn't work. What can be done to fix this?

Sounds like you need to call repair service. I'm assuming this is a traditional landline and that you're paying for remote call forwarding?

Thanks. Yes it is a traditional landline. I did put a call in so they said they are working on it...Thanks!
