Asked for repair on a landline, and have been told it would be in 7 months.

Have a problem with static on our landline, after disconnecting the house from the outside line and determining it is not in the house, I went through the process for asking for a repair.  I was given a time of Tuesday December 30th, this is May 24th.

Is this a bug, or are the repair people on strike, or what?

Did it list the year?
If 2036, this is a holder placement date while facilities are being checked/repaired…

meaning no known date but in repair is in the system database.

Didn't list the year, much better to know it's not 7 months, it 13 years and 7 months! :-)

Same problem here for my aunt. Can @CoreyCoop or Lacey help us, please?
