Abandonment of easement

My property has an easement that has never been used (over 30 years) through the middle of it.

All the other public utilities have completed the paperwork to abandon the easement.

Only AT&T is left.

After weeks of writing emails and hours on the phone, we can't find anyone at AT&T that will help!

It's really a no-brainer.

We just need someone we can explain the situation to and can sign the form.

This probably requires someone in the legal department.

Can you please direct us to someone that can help?
