Tried Two Times to creating a MyATT account for Landline-only Account
I tried to create a MyATT account for a Landline account. Twice, a passcode was voice messaged to my landline phone but no passcode was given. AT&T seems to NOT want to have landline customers. AT&T's 800 customer service provided zero help. I could not even pay the ATT bill online with a credit card. I demanded to speak to a superviser but such a being never got on the line. A Chat session was equally a bust.
