REFUND MY MONEY AND STOP CHARGING ME LATE FEES
I was offered a special price after I signed with ACP Program. However, AT&T has been having issues with their automated system, and is not getting paid. So, I received an email every month indicating payment was not received and charge me a late fee. Every month I have been visiting the website and calling to figure it out, but they were unable to solve the problem and kept charging me a late fee, when it is only their own fault.
So, instead of paying the low fee established by the ACP, now I have to pay like $20 more every month!!!!
Refund the money they took from me and fix the problem, so the automated payments can be reestablished again, so I don't have to pay every month as I am doing now.

Please understand that this is a forum primarily peopled by other customers. Assuming ATThelp sees and responds to your post, they are going to ask you to call the AT&T ACP Center (866.986.0963).

I am tired of calling them, not only they don't even speak English, but never resolve anything.
Furthermore, the system (Edited per community guidelines), they have a hundred questions by a mental (Edited per community guidelines) robot that never does anything or transfer to the wrong department.
I PREFER GO TO (Edited per community guidelines) THAN CALL AT&T

ACP can only be applied to one service (wireless OR Internet)...and ACP cannot be applied to HOME PHONE service.
Without some clarity on the "special price" you were offered, no one here can offer insight or advice.
FYI: This is a customer-to-customer message board and NOT a way to contact AT&T.
