Landline Fraud - Calling since July NO ONE CAN HELP
I have been trying to get someone to help me with an account I did NOT create. I have NEVER had AT&T in my life! I’ve called so many numbers and repeated my case to so many people and I get transferred in CIRCLES. I’ve gone in person to AT&T and every location the employees tell me there’s nothing they can do and to call all the number that’s I’ve been calling for months. At this point this FRAUD account has been sent to COLLECTIONS so now my CREDIT is being effected for an account I NEVER created!!!! Someone please help me!!!

Hello @Helpmeplease911, we will be happy to help with getting that account looked into and reported.
In order to do so, you will need to report the fraud with the options given. There, you will be given 3 different numbers for 3 credit bureaus you can call. That way, you can call them and let them know what is happening. To prevent any further damage from being done.
The article also has other options for you to be able to report the fraud and possible identify theft as well. We apologize for the trouble and inconvenience this is causing you.
