Just had a phone call from someone about my landline service.
Someone from AT&T said that they will be removing all the copper landlines and switching to a cellular service for my landline. Is this correct?

Call AT&T and see, don't go by the call you answered. My guess is it's a scam.

No, they are not switching landlines to cellular. In fact, the wireless home phone product they used to offer is no longer offered. The call was a scam and not from ATT.
