rings on my landline

I have called 31 times to have this down

I have tried to mail evidence letters that i am a 100% disabled veteran to have my cost =rate= to monthly statement lowered.

I have not had any luck doing this

is this available to 100% veterans thank you

can you please lower my landline cost

This is a customer based forum no one here can lower your bill. As far as the number of ring on your answering machine pull up the manual, most can be found online. I doubt it can be set out to 7 rings.

First, you can change the number of rings before voicemail answers by following the steps below:

1. Go to Account overview > My digital phone > Check or manage voicemail & features.
2. On the Voicemail Settings tab, scroll to General Preferences and select Set Number Of Rings Before Voicemail. 
3. Choose a setting ranging from 1 ring (6 seconds) to 6 rings (36 seconds).
4. Select Save.
