RingMaster availability in Chicago?
We have 2 POTS lines in Chicago, and want to use RingMaster to put the second number on the first line, then discontinue the second line.
The Problem is that Customer service does not seem to know about Multi Ring/Personal Ring/RingMaster - we were told only some areas of the Southeast US have it.
Is that true? Has RingMaster been discontinued for POTS?

I can't find anything current on ringmaster. If the sales reps say it's not available than it most likely isn't.
