Ordering a printed phone directory

My elderly father needs a printed phone book for St. Charles County, Warren County and Lincoln County, Missouri.  How can I obtain these?

They no longer ship out phone books, there may be a third party distributor in your area, that's where we get ours. There not really a lot of good with all the people using cell phones.

Doing an Internet search I see nothing other than searchable sites.

The phone book business was sold a decade ago (2012) to a private equity firm…

AT&T, the country's largest phone company, is following in the footsteps of Verizon Communications Inc., the second-largest, in cutting its exposure in the phone book business. Verizon spun off its directory business to shareholders in 2006, only to see it file for bankruptcy three years later.
